This secondary antibody is developed in rabbits against chicken IgY, and has been affinity purified and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. The Anti-Chicken IgY, HRP Conjugate recognizes both the heavy and light chains of IgY. This antibody has been validated for use in Western blots, dot blots and ELISAs.
Formulation: 1mg/ml in 10mM KPO4 (pH 7.6), 0.15M NaCl, 10mg/ml BSA and 0.01% gentamicin.
